A full member of the Market Research Society, Ian has over 20 years experience in consultation in public sector arenas. Practised in liaison, negotiation and partnership development Ian has been instrumental in forging SMSR’s strong links with statutory sector clients who seek support and service in the field of strategic research.

With five years experience in public sector research management, Darren has developed a range of expertise both in team leadership, research design and project co-ordination. A successful manager with a diverse portfolio of experience, Darren has taken major projects through from inception to delivery over a five year period.

Claire Jackson

Claire graduated in 2005 and has since worked at SMSR enhancing our quality procedures and was responsible for the IIP and Customer First accreditation. Claire also has over 2 years project management skills working in successful partnership with a number of key clients.

Adrian is responsible for the SMSR sales team and leads the team using his 12 years sales experience and knowledge of the public sector. Adrian likes to develop relationship with orgnaisations and work with them to help understand their needs and objectives.

Qi also known as ‘Jess’ has worked at SMSR for 3 years and has continued to develop and progress our analytical capacity. Qi is responsible for training all SMSR data analysts and continues to create innovate ways of produced data and supply the client with insightful information.

Mark Brady

Mark has worked for SMSR for 6 years now and has responsibility for our face to face fieldworkers and manages all projects of this nature.

Lee Atkinson

Lee plays a pivotal part in both ensuring all data is processed to a high standard and passes our stringent quality control checks. Lee is responsible for coding and training teams for coding and he monitors and updates all databases on a regular basis. Lee also plays a key part in questionnaire design and formatting and now worked for SMSR for 5 years.

Lu Xing

Lu has worked for SMSR for 2 year since achieving her Masters Degree. Lu is responsible for the overall organisation of the office and ensuring all employees know the rules and regulations. Lu is responsible for co-ordinating all our postal mailouts and plays an integral part of processing this data.

Vicky Davis

Vicky has successfully run call centres for national and international companies for the last 20 years and since recently moving to Hull has accepted the responsibility of the hugely important call centre at SMSR. Vicky is responsible for up to 30 call centre operatives and the quality control procedures that are set in the call centre.
