With a track record that extends over 16 years, SMSR has considerable expertise in delivering research services to police authorities and constabularies in the UK. 

Currently working for one of the country’s largest forces, SMSR carries out routine satisfaction and service user surveys and manages a county-wide citizen’s panel. We have undertaken a wide range of ad hoc quantitative surveys and qualitative work for other forces including a postal survey of 25,000 members of the general public on budgeting/police priorities, a staff survey and an Authority wide programme of mystery shopping at community police stations.
