In addition to establishing and managing citizens’ panels for both single authorities and stakeholder partnerships the company provides and delivers a full consultation service which includes single subject consultations (budgets, waste disposal, car-parking etc), best value and quality of life surveys, mystery shopping exercises and resident surveys.  Qualitative work includes reflector and focus group recruitment and facilitation together with in-depth interviews.
