SMSR Quality Policy

 

In June 2010, SMSR was accredited with ISO:9001 which further highlights our commitment to our customers to offer a first class, quality service.

SMSR is a growing market and social research company which aims to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services that consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its clients. The company is dedicated to reaching this goal in its relationships with its stakeholders (i.e. employees, staff, associated partners, suppliers and the general public) who take part in SMSR projects.

SMSR has developed a quality management system (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2008 guidelines. It focuses on ensuring highest possible quality in the output of service, realisation of service and internal resources within the business. The QMS is regularly audited both by an internal auditing team and independent external auditors to endorse continuous improvement of the system and of our service output. Regular management review meetings of the QMS also promote continuous improvement and ensure our quality objectives reflect the requirements of our customers; our main objective being to exceed the expectations of our customers.

SMSR also has a dedicated research quality control operator based within the call centre. This allows our service to be monitored for quality from the moment of inception meeting to the point of completing the final report. To complement quality expectations set out by the Market Research Society (of which we are company partners) SMSR also has its own quality assurance procedures in place. All data is thoroughly examined upon collection, examined again upon input and analysis, then once more during the final reporting process. This three stage quality assurance process gives both ourselves and our clients confidence in the accuracy of data and quality of overall service output.
