Online Consultation

We have own unique online capabilities that offer the client a very cost effective way of capturing information. Our online surveys are designed to achieve maximum interest and to make it as easy as possible to complete. With specific colours and organisational logos, % bar’s and save and resume features, the online-questionnaire can produce significant responses rates, especially with the harder to reach groups.

On completion of a questionnaire the data is simply downloaded into an SPSS file and processed using our high quality control standards. This is all processed using a high security IT system that ensures the safe deposit of the data.

In addition we also offer a dedicated panel zone which enables residents to log on and complete the survey but also read / download past newsletters or results of previous surveys. We also offer a resident forum where debates can be had on various social issues relevant to the client and much more.
