Postal Consultation

SMSR offer a full in-house postal survey service. All our mailouts are stuffed, checked and franked at our Head Office in Hull. We use the Royal Mail collection service to distribute the questionnaires and all returns are monitored, tracked and reminder questionnaires are sent out if requested.

SMSR can print all questionnaires and covering letters and we often handle mailouts of 20,000+. We have our own registered freepost address which questionnaires are retuned to by offering a pre-printed envelope with every questionnaire sent out.

We have a long-standing relationship with Royal Mail who delivers our freepost mail twice a day, six times a week.
