Reflector Groups

SMSR offer clients the opportunity to carry out ‘reflector groups’ following a consultation. These have the powerful effect of translating numbers into words/reasons. Reflector groups’ translate consultation and evaluation into ‘Involvement’ and builds upon work that has recently been done in both the private and public sectors. If incorporated into research, the results acquired from the quantitative survey would be fed back to the groups in order to help clients understand them better and find out why people are saying what they did.
